FOLLIES 2011–19th Anniversary
SATURDAY May 14 –Showcase “A” 2pm…..Showcase “B” 6pm
SUNDAY May 15 –Showcase “A” 11am….Showcase “B” 3pm
Bert Church Theatre, Airdrie…..Tickets $15
Half the classes will perform in the “A” Showcases and the other half will be in “B”.   All dancers are included in the Finale….lists of each show are posted below. Each showcase will be approximately 1.5 – 2 hours in length.

“FOLLIES 2011” RECITAL TICKETS—$15 each… sale procedure is NEW this year.  The theatre has changed their ticket policy.  All seats are reserved/assigned and will be available ONLINE.  They will sell out quickly ….we do not have a limit per family…are non-refundable/non exchangeable……..(please note that theatre service charges apply and will be extra).

Everyone needs a ticket including babies.  All ticket sales are final.
Tickets are purchased @ www.thebertchurchtheatre.com with a visa or MasterCard.

Your tickets can be printed @ home.

There is a “will call” option too, this means you will receive a confirmation and your tickets will be ready for pickup at the theatre the day of the show.
When you are on www.thebertchurchtheatre.com  you will see featured events

  1. Select your showcase (Double check the date and time of showcase …either A or B …Sat or Sun)
  2. Next page comes up click on seating section you want, Aisle right, centre or Aisle left .
  3. When you select the seats you want, a check mark will appear. To remove a seat click the one you want to remove & check mark will be removed.
  4. After you select your seats click on reserve selected tickets.
  5. Shopping cart comes up on next screen. Double check your order at this point.
  6. Click check out
  7.  Next screen new patrons set up a new profile , returning patrons enter email & password
  8. Select print @home or will call & hit continue
  9. Select payment type hit enter 
  10. Check out comes up .This is the last chance to make corrections to your order if they are needed.
  11. Check yes for terms of use
  12. Click place order
  13. Next screen comes up as Order placed comes up with a order #
  14. You will receive a confirmation of your order in your email. Print @ home icon will be in confirmation email, click icon and print your tickets.
